    One knows that stocks of oil all over the world are insignificant and basically will be exhausted the nearest 50 years. Accordingly, the prices for oil grow extremely quickly and there are no essential bases to expect their sharp downturn in the future. On the contrary, stocks of natural gas are more essentially, and more regular distributed on territories of the Earth. Old problem of chemical conversation of gaseous into oil can not be economically effectively solved until recently (1990-2000) when the mankind has learned to receive carbon nano-structures with completely special physical and chemical properties.
    However, all these structures appeared to be too expensive for application in the chemical industry
    Authors of the project offer to use of an accessible natural very cheap mineral - shungit-III for the production of the heterogeneous catalyst for the conversion of natural, passing gaseous or gaseous-condensate (basically consisting of methane) into liquid fuel – gasoline or methyl spirit.

    The only one in the world unique deposit of shungit-III with huge capacity is in Russia (Russian federation, Republic Karelia). Shungit-III is the most widespread and cheap fraction of shungit’s minerals (0.3 $/kg). It consists of usual carbon phases, silicate phases, mixes of metals, oxides and some salts of d- and heavy metals and carbon nano-structures.

    We develop original technology of mechanical and chemical processing of shungit-III and for the first time in the world have received natural rather cheap carbon nano-material, containing up to 90 mas. % of carbon nano-structures (basically with channels. From 1 tone of shungit-III on the developed technology one can provide up to 50 kg of natural carbon nano-material - MNS under the price no more than 50 - 100 $/kg, that is in hundreds - thousand times cheaper than similar artificial nano-structural materials.

    At laboratory researches of this material as the heterogeneous catalyst in interval of temperatures 350 - 450?? and pressures - up to 30 atm. In the presence of oxygen and water authors have observed effective dehydration of methane and it’s conversion into gasoline ore methyl spirit (also very effective liquid fuel).
    During performance of the project development of industrial technologies and installations for manufacture of catalyst and reception with its help gasoline ore methyl spirit from natural gaseous is supposed.
